As I understand the PVP system, you are awarded "Blood Money" via player kills, which allow you to purchase gear/items designed for PVP.  The reverse however is if you loose a battle you LOOSE "Blood Money".  Negative XP so to speak is typically negative.  While a minimal loss would be a good thing, I hope the losses are so great that it creates a hole from which a player cannot dig him/herself out of.

yep blood money it will be reward for endless battles in order pvp time want be pointless. Also it will encourege many and that whould be great .Hopefully it will end up to big epic battles organized by guilds which they will use startegies in order to kill opponent army or destroy enemy guild city .

It seems that there will be an "expert for battle formation" and hopefully will make more interesting big battles since we have seen in other games mindless chicken syndrom (alterac valey for example)  so that way u should use a litle brain when you enjoy slashing others.

I'm hoping that if you are attacked first (ganked) and win you get more. But if you are the aggressor you get less. It will even out in the end because the aggressor's will constantly be looking for fresh meat. So even though they would gain bloodmoney at a slower rate they would be getting so much it would still be worth something. I like the idea anyhow (and im an aggressor )

I'm curious as to how they are going to divide bloodmoney when there are several combatants involved. A last hit gets it all scenario would be very very bad I think. Still... you dont want some random coming up and tapping that uber-pvper you spent 5 minutes fighting and having to split the reward with him. Dmg dealt = Blood Money earned i suppose?

What about when you have gained the bestest PvP items/other stuff that you can buy with blood money? What do you have to worry about losing then? And viseversa, what can you hope to gain (from winning in pvp)?

Consider that guilds can have there one territory  (build cities ,castles ) which they must defend from enemy guilds that gain power  and all that takes some time and planning .

So i am sure there can be something to gain by defending successfully a lot of time your territory thats funcom job  and because of this joy we will pay her for severall years hopefully .

Some ideas of benefit for successfull pvp guilds might be titles controlling resources ,something to show off as few successfull raidding guilds do when they advance more than casual or other less successfull raidding guilds ,or even special feats for only pvpiers  that are best  .

thats why I wish they would do full looting on the FFA server

As to another solution... make pvp gear only repairable with bloodmoney? Potions and scrolls available for purchase with blood money? Upgrade your player towns defenses with bloodmoney? I dont know.. lots of things they could do.
