Over the past few weeks my intro cinematic with Conan has been pretty low quality. On the lower half of the screen it looks very pixelated and blocky and I was wondering what was going on. I tried a bunch of different settings to no avail, and then today I installed another 2 gb of ram (bringing me up to 8 total) and on my first playthrough the cinematic was crystal clear and I thought the problem was solved. Well, that was the only good run, now every time it's back to low quality and I'm wondering what the heck is going on. Everything in game seems to be normal. My specs are as follows:

Intel i7 920 2.7 ghz processor (oc'd to 3.5 ghz)
Nvidia GTX 295 on 186.18 video driver
8 gb ddr3 ram
1000 watt power supply
500 gb 7200 rpm hard drive
Windows Vista 64 bit OS

I've played with a lot of Nvidia control panel settings, and have tried playing without overclocking the cpu. None of this helped. Anyone have any ideas? Also, perhaps adding that extra 2 gb of ram and having the movie play fine one time is a hint?
