Its been 36 hours now and still needs another 4 hours to go lol Download rate is an average of 100k a second This is pathetic |

The client is probably the largest I've seen from an mmorpg. Takes up over 20 gigs installed. |

Does the game looks realy awsome now with DX10? and whats the crafting like - is it basic like WOW or interesting and usefull like for example SWG |

Where are you downloading it at 100k from? The files from this site mmorpg.com were downloading for me the other day at 350k+. I was testing it for a poster that thought the links here were broken. Course I don't know how much you would have to patch from the client here. other than the annoyance of having to select dx10 on the launcher setting every time i log on, dx10 works just fine, be it a bit heavy on the rescources. The game is huge, not only from the graphics and high quality textures but the loads of quests. It felt very odd downloading aion at just over 6 gigs. You can tell the diffrence in lack of quests and low res textures....however some cool ambient effects in aion.
mabey you should try a comp restart then resume dl... or just do it overnight and though the morning. |
