The very funny and talented "Kwip" over at Neenerneener.net has written a humorous and informational piece about the new bindstones appearing in the Asheron's Call world. Here is a quote:

Soooo...can anybody tell me about these town bindstones? I'm not really sure what they're for, but my mind is AFLAME with exciting images of battles in towns, lots of people on both sides, dug in reinforcements, harassing invaders, town raids - woah, I have to sit down. If you've read any of my older stuff, I've talked many, many times about how much fun town raids were for defending/going on. With these new bindstones, I have no idea what is in store, but man oh man, I sure hope it brings town raids back!
