Seeking some help here. I have tried to take advantage of the free trial for AC, but I have yet to receive a trial key. I put my email address in the form on the page, but got no reply. After a few days I tried a different email and still no luck. That was about a week ago and I've watched my junk filters closely.

Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a way to contact support at Turbine and ask for help?

go under the technical support and open a ticket. they will give you a key.

Blame people who flagged stuff like the monthly updates from DDO e-mails as spam instead of checking the unsubscribe button. Essentially depending on your e-mail provider it may have ended up in your spam box.
