My 1st MMO back in 99. Just wanted to know if you guys know of any rumors or info if turbine will be making a new MMO based on Dereth?

I wish they would but a big part of me is scared to death they would try to make a game like WoW and it would fail badly just like AC2.

I truly wish Turbine would give us another Asheron's Call game. Forget that sequel, post-apocalyptic, many years in the future crap.

How about a prequel? Hwo about, we're thrown back to the days of the wars between the Falatacot, Dericost, Haebrous, and Yalaini?

Or maybe we go back to the war of the Shadows? Or the time before the Olthoi first arrived?

There are so many options!

I only wish Turbine would give the world of Asheron's Call another shot... And whoever was behind AC2 should be barred from touching it!

This is one the first MMO's I ever played. I thought about playing it, but it is just too hard to go from good graphics in modern day MMO's to this, although I love the elements to AC it doesn't outweigh how outdated the graphics/ui current state. If some money was invested to update this game I would drop any other game to play this.

AC2 came before wow thought. 

And I don't think of AC2 as a total failure, it was fun nuff said. 

Implement better grafics in ac and I would probaly test it, thou as it is now I rather waste my time on other things.
