I've been craving some open PvP and I figured AC's Darktide would be fun. I hop on over to their site, get a trial key, get the game downloaded, but they won't let me make an account. The 'submit' button does not link anywhere. I get a message saying, "cannot create account at this time."

Now, would it be because I've already had an account with that same credit card that is no longer active?

It doesn't make since for them to close down registration. This is frustrating for a new player. I've tried getting other trial keys too, but nothing has been working.
