Shot Online, is probably degrated into the worst coin shop game online, ever.

Their customer service rates worse than that of acclaim in comparison, and far worse than SOE every could have imagined.

Proof is with the players of SO, on the forums, and ask in game.

Problems keep inflating beyond proportion, the most recent game breaking bugs, that have the community over its head were the auction house bug by which Trillions of wrongfully gained game currency remained in game for a very long time. SO did remove some of the currency, but still to no avail the economy is broken.

The most glaring bug, even beyond the auction house, is now that using the current storage systems, items are being deleted by the system. Error: This item no longer exists and will be deleted next time you log in.1   This error alone is causing players to lose many RANDOM and valuable items, by which most can only be attained by actually spending money in their coin shop.

Back to the customer service, ONNET SO's west coast provider of this version of shot online, is complacent about the current state of the game, and has shown no attempt to contact the community, halt servers for fixes, or even acknowledge the situations. Their ability to support this game, other than adding things to the item mall is completly rated F-.

Custom service has always been poor, but the bug fixes have been a sustained problem since the beginning.

I would not recommend anyone to play this game in its current state, the past 3 months & longer now, you will not have your items reimbursed, your in game currency is flawed, and again ONNET, Shot-Online or any other parent company shows no support to the community.
