Update 13 Screens Released
Turbine and the Dungeons & Dragons Online team have released four new screenshots for Update 13: Web of Chaos which is the prequel to the forthcoming expansion, "Menace of the Underdark". The new screens depict the Lords of Dust, a cult controlled by the Rakshasas, the Rakshasa themselves and environmental shots of the Lords of Dust dungeon base. Update 13 - The Prequel to Underdark
Turbine and the Dungeons & Dragons Online team have put out the first information about Update 13: Web of Chaos. Web of Chaos is the prequel to the forthcoming expansion, Menace of the Underdark.

Entering the Forgotten Realms

Update 12 Release Notes Published
The final release notes for Dungeons & Dragons Online Update 12 have been published on the official site. Some of the more notable new features include the Challenge System that allows players to take on layered quests with "multiple objectives" and a shared platinum bank slot.

Update 11 - All Systems Are Go!
Turbine has called Dungeons & Dragons Online Update 11 the biggest update so far. Called "Secrets of the Artificer", Update 11 brings the Artificer class to the game as well as a high-level quest hub, crafting alterations and more.

The first novel based on Turbine's Dungeons & Dragons Online: Eberron Unlimited has been released. Called "The Shard Axe", the novel was written by Marsheila Rockwell.

Secrets of the Artificer Announced
Turbine has announced the latest update to Dungeons & Dragons Online. Update 11: Secrets of the Artificer is set to go live in September and will bring the Artificer class into the game as well as new quests, a new quest hub and new crafting levels among other things.

Update 9 Now Live
Turbine has announced the live status of Update 9: Harbinger of Madness. The new Harbinger of Madness adventure pack introduces updates to Crafting, improvements made to Bluff, Diplomacy and Intimidate, and other new features. Expect to see new attack animations, boosted spells, and more prestige Enhancement lines.

April State of the Game Letter Arrives
Dungeons & Dragons Online Executive Producer Fernano Paiz has posted the latest State of the Game letter on the official site. Paiz welcomes the international players to the game and then briefly discusses the fact that a firm update schedule for the balance of the year is already in place, with Update 9 almost literally around the corner.

Update 9: Harbinger of Madness Preview
The official Dungeons & Dragons Online site has been updated with new information about the forthcoming patch that will include the Harbinger of Madness Adventure Pack and serious upgrades to the DDO crafting system. Along with the aforementioned, there will be new additions to the Turbine Store as well as other balance tweaking and bug squashing.
