Probably the most comprehensive preview to date, as well as quite a bit of other information packed in (including monks in Mod 7...and the anniversary package of 6.1 being BIG)  Gotta love this:

"Module 6 is the best so far and Turbine doesn't have any plans on stopping there with Monks coming in Module 7 and the mysterious Module 6.1 coming for the 2nd anniversary. I did hear a rumor that makes it a good idea to have your subscriptions active for Module 6.1."

Check it out here

I just bought DDO last month so I'm experiencing everything for the first time, its like the game was just released as far as I'm concerned. All this new high quality content has me really excited, I'm so glad I gave this game a chance. I ended up dumping my other two mmo subs because the combat seemed so "blah" after playing through the DDO trial a few times. Great community, truly engaging quests that doesn't read or play like a series of nursery rhymes, and a development team that listens and responds to the community. I found my home.

It's funny Q, I posted on another thread, I know a lot of vets who wish they could be starting now in a way!  There's SO MUCH HERE now, and more on the way.

I cannot play any other MMO for more than half an hour because DDO's combat is so GOOD!

You must not leave until you free Arlos and have gathered your party safely in this hallway.

Our doubts are traitors and make us lose the good we oft might win, by fearing to attempt

Yeah, I am glad that I am coming onboard right now. When I played this at release for a couple months it felt like work trying to find something to do and someone willing to do it with you..

Now it's like a whole new game. It's vastly improved in almost every single way.

The combat is amazing. The content is amazing. Anyone who played at release who was disappointed would certainly be doing themselves a favor by at least running the 10 day trial now to check things out again.

I have a question about the keep your subscription active for 6.1. My DDO is active till March. I cancelled due to school, no hate for the game. It is a massive distraction because I want to play.  Am I considered active till March? I know I can still play just did not know if that means I am active for the special 6.1 surprise.

I may have to go back in there and re-up as 6.1 gets closer.
