I've been trying to get a free trial on the US site for about 2-3 day now I keep geting this error: " Your submission contained an error. Please try again. Code: #FTx06L7F0VJ" after presing the submit button. After this error I can't acces the free trial page for about 30 minutes because I get this: "System Error Encountered, please try back again later". I am from Europe but I think that doesn't matter. Anyone else getting this? Does anyone have a solution?

Free trial? Create an FtP account and log in :)

My wife has been trying to create a F2P account but has been getting the same thing for the past 2 days. I can't see anything wrong with the account info entered. I'm guessing the site is overloaded?

I already got it working after reading a similar post about it possibly being related to Virgin Media. I ended up registering her an account via my mobile (O2)!

 

Thanks for the links though, they do make this look like a UK-based/Virgin Media problem. Odd though!
