Finally got into the beta and was disappointed from the start. Took me over a week to be able to log in and create a character (either the server were not available or it crashed to desktop). When I did get in, there was no tutorial, nothing to indicate what to do next, I couldn't move with the arrow keys (or WASD), the movement AI was horrible, and the list goes on. The launch screen is very unpolished, there is no way to change resolutions and you have to play in windowed mode (I play my other games in 1920x1080). I realize it is still in beta, but come on! It is going to be released soon and it is not even close to being ready!!!

There is potential in this game, and it certainly offers something different in regards to both content and visuals. Unfortunately the open beta has been unstable and buggy, with a lot of server outage, so it has been very hard to get a full perspective on what the game is really like. It's 1 day from launch now, so I wish Runestone the best of luck and hope that their Seed blooms in next couple of weeks :P They are offering 2 months for the price of 1 on their website so is worthwhile and very good value to check it out at $15 for 2 months gaming...

I wish all the best for this game since it has a completely new spirit.
Unfortunatly the open beta is a technical disaster so far ... and thats 3 days before release.

Very repetitive, not very innovative either.
Basicly, take a current MMO (like EQ2) where you gather stuff from nodes, make graphics cell shaded, remove everything other than crafting, then shoot it into space.
And there you have it, Seed.
Give it a 2
(Btw, the whole "cooperative no fighting play" some of you keep touting as so orignal has been done before, its called 'A tale in the desert')

I am giving it a seven. It is innovative, no doubt, but perhaps too innovative. The focus on role-play I suppose is nice, as no other so far has put any emphasis in it, but removing combat altogether? Maybe it is best to wait until it comes out, and then see what happens.
