Tabula Rasa News - Raksha Revamp

Posted by Keith Cross on Oct 17, 2008  | 2 comments in our forums

This week's Feedback Friday column on the Tabula Rasa Community Site takes a look at Deployment 14 and the revamping of encounters at the Raksha Robotic Facility.

Listen up, soldiers! The Bane have blown a hole through the roof of the C.D.U. (Central Dispatch Unit) in Raksha Robotic Facility on Torden Incline. They've seized control of the C.D.U. system allowing them to start reprogramming the Wardenbots to fight on their behalf.

We can't let this happen, the Wardenbots are already enough of a pain on their own. We'll need to get some squads together to head down there and get control of the situation, ASAP.

Features

Raksha Robotic Facility on Torden Incline features a new group encounter, a Wardenbot Control Point called the Central Dispatch Unit.

* Control Point is recommended for squads of players between level 25-32 and is repeatable.
* Players have the option of using a teleporter to take their squad directly to the Control Point, circumventing the rest of the instance to allow for immediate access to the encounter for larger squads.
* Control Point Bosses have the chance to drop new progressive weapons and armor sets.
Gaining control of the Central Dispatch Unit will allow players to dispatch Wardenbots and Turrets to defend it when defense systems are online.

There's not too many from what people are saying, but yes. I would give it another 6 months to a year before it either a) becomes the next 'Auto Assault' or b) it goes F2P.

It was a good attempt, and would be a GREAT single player/small multiplayer game, but it was a horrible idea for an MMO.
