1. I just noticed in the mission log that some of the squares next to the missions are orange and some are yellow....does this indicate the level they should be done at (orange=higher) or something else?

2. I accidentally found the logos "Victory" in the divide...what I'm wondering is, was there supposed to be a mission to find this logos, and if so, since I already have the logos will the exp from the  mission still be obtainable?

You are going to start to find Logos that no longer have a quest. If there is one you should still get the EXP.

1. Yeah its a difficulty, but it can be overcome with proper equipment and a team. Most of the things in game can be solo'd.

2. You'll stop getting missions for logos fairly soon. By the time you get to valverde (lvl 30), most of the logos you will have to find on your own. No penalty for finding one early, although some are blocked by doors that require other logos. The community is pretty helpful, just ask.
