Is $29.99 for Dungeon Runners at Wal-Mart a good deal? lol 95% of all percentages quoted on the internet are made up on the spot 50% of the time. |

Speaking of this, some local stores here in my town and in Vancouver (Canada), there's still boxes of Jump to Lightspeed expansion pack for SWG for $30 CDN, and it's been a free part of the game since 2005. LOL SWTOR: sub ended, no thanks to Georg Zoeller! |

MMOs require more reasoning and imagination than most stereotypically ''adult'' activities. |

TR has now gone FTP and you can log in and play today. Although the plans to shut down the servers in Feb are still on the table. |

fully patched Richard Garriott's Tabula Rasa® (9GB server & test server folder), but loging in indicated have run out of game time. Checking web site It is NOT ftp yet... likely not ftp till middle of Janurary 2009. Leaving the Serial code blank brings up invalid serial code in red. Client d/l link Upgrade account tab also wants a Serial code input.

It's F2P now, all you have to do is e-mail support for a serial and they send you one. |

A. IMO it's fun as hell and a free game. That's fun is cool in my book. B. I've never seen the death of a MMO before and that alone should make it interesting as hell to see. Will they just let it fade away and pull the plug or will they go out with a bang?

I find it odd that they are still patching stuff in... Made me wonder if enough people played during the "free time" if they might do some kind of.. promotion to try and save it. There was a good article on another site about closing down an MMO (it was with one of the auto assault people).. and they made some good points. From my perspective.. how many MMO's can NCSoft shut down before I won't want to buy from them again. |
