well im a AoC fan and since i was inbetween games i got a buddy code for this game to pass the time....

i gotta say at first i wasnt really feeling the game but i was so bored i kept playing....but right around level 10 is when something just CLICKED....dropping EMP bombs on mortars, carrying around different weapons for different mobs, getting mowed down by BANE and losing a base then watching players come out of the woodworks to get it back, really really fun instances, and mobs that look really really cool and are FUN to fight...those spider thingies are my fav to kill so far

how long the fun last i have no idea but so far so good !...looking at finding a cheap copy of the game since my buddy pass ran out \

I agree with you it picked up around lvl 10, especially when you form groups to do instances. Those are a lot of fun and good blue loot. I only had once instance where some fool I guess was his alt kept running ahead and finishing up his quests and I got behind. Told him to slow down because was new, still figuring out where to go!

As for where to get cheap... Amazon was selling it for 9.99, but has since upped the price to 17.06, so you might consider ebay then.

how safe is it to buy a copy off Ebay? what if the seller writes down the CD-key, can he steal the account back from me one  day?

Ok on amazon.com if you go to the tabula rasa page it is listed for 17.06, if you then click the new and used link on the same page, then scroll down to the new part there are other sellers selling from 8.99 and up.

With shipping it is basically one months sub to the game.That will last you till your AoC comes out. If you plan on leaving TR for that game.

Make sure it says BRAND NEW clearly in the auction.  I bought seven copies of the collectors edition on ebay from a "overstock sellers". All were brand new and sealed in the box.  I got all of them under 11 bucks, $5.00 was the cheapest. Search for "tabula rasa LTD" and they should come up, assuming they still have some to sell. :)

Have fun with 10-35ish. After that it's dullsville.

Not posted on MMORPG for a long while, but feel compelled to do so now.

I have to agree with you, I played this game in closed Beta and just couldn't get going. Picked it up last week to try it again, and kept at it. Now at lvl 16 and having great fun just blasting the hell out of things! CP fights are a great bit of fun and a nice change from wow-like games.

just bought my copy today...should i start over or continue playing on the Orion server...i wanna go where the population is since ill be playing for a while
