grifith writes: Graphics while still nice (I like the style at least for this game) are getting a bit old. Sound still great as appropriate background music and good sound effects are always present. I haven't done a lot of RPing in WoW but from my experiences it is good with a very rich lore and world to do it with. If there was one complaint it would be that because WoW is so popular and has so many immature children playing they can be well immature lol. Value not great but ok personally I would really like the see a price cut on subscription costs... with millions of players and years of being out it should be a little less expensive not to mention with all the great alternatives coming out soon or already out depending on your tastes and location (grr TERA already out in Korea). Also since they effectively keep making you buy new expansions or suffer greatly for not doing so. Fun is difficult to rate since it's sporadic with highs being with new content and lulls in the between and some very very boring secondary jobs... fishing and archeology (maxed out trying t get epic staff 300 completed items and still nothing >< and of course my friend who doesn't need it gets it w/o trying ><... Even PvP and high end raiding can get old once the challenge lessens from continued plays. Best solution is find good people to play with and roll alts with them and have a good laid back time with it. Community basically what I said above. A lot of immature people but bearable (depending on which faction and what server your on) and lots of out of game community stuff that is all great too. Performance is good with few issues. Lag mostly is contained to capital cities and even then mostly the major ones (ie. Org, SW, and IF). To what extent depends of course on what server and same can be said as to wait to log on and if its right after a patch. My experience with customer service has been good with them but limited to only a few experiences such as: a few glitches here and there that they fixed for me (ie. not getting quest reward or unable to turn in) which rarely occur this late in the game's life and stolen account which got fixed within a very reasonable 2 days Overall I give it a 8/10 WoW is still fun but with excellent competitors coming out I think a lot of people are going to be choosing just what they want to continue to spend their money on.
