World of Warcraft News - The End of Azeroth…or the Beginning?

In a new article for MMORPG.com, Industry Relations Manager Garrett Fuller takes a look at the upcoming deployment of the v4.0.3 patch for World of Warcraft. This patch is the beginning of the Cataclymic events that will rock Azeroth to its core and fundamentally change the world as players know it. So right now, it looks like the new Patch is here for the holiday weekend and players will be able to check out the new zones and explore the destruction that has occurred. The Tauren Chieftan has died, Thrall has left, and dark times lay ahead for the Horde and the Alliance. Players will have to wait another two weeks for Goblin and Worgen to begin their new characters, but the other class combinations are going to be available now. I guess it is time to make the Orc Mage I always dreamed of.
