In one particularly significant quote, Lead Quest Designer Dave Kosak said, "I can't say any more about that, but I'll tell you that we're not going to significantly change up WoW at any point in the future."

The lawsuit alleges that Lewis submitted her vocal talents in consideration as the voice of the Baby Murloc in WoW. Lewis further alleges that she has received no credit or compensation for her work.

Current players are gifted a "Scroll of Resurrection" to cast on a former player. According to the report, 10% of the jobs will come out of the development crew with the rest coming out of business oriented departments like customer support.

Reported on Feb 12, 2012During yesterday's investor's call, Activision-Blizzard announced that World of Warcraft subscriber numbers are ~10.2 million. This number is down approximately 100,000 since November of last year. The company indicated, however, that profits for the quarter were up due to successful releases of Skylanders and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 and to over a million folks taking advantage of the WoW Annual Pass.
