From my years of playing online , I have learned that despite having a great game at hand if the community is lacking then nothing else matters. It does not matter how much gold your toon has, which epics you have equipped or your past achievements especially when you log onto a guild with 200 toons on roster constantly devoid of anyone online. I believe that we need to take a step back and reflect whether its the game itself that has become broken or is it the transformation the community has undergone.

The guilds vision would be to create a tight-knit community of individuals striving to enjoy all aspects of the game. We would strive to create an in game family of helpful, friendly people that will promote a sense of belonging and community. We aspire to have our members look forward to logging on after a long day in the real life rat race to a positive, fun environment where every individual's presence counts as a building block to our bigger goal. Where our enjoyment of the game not only comes from our individual accomplishments but from our group efforts and meaningful interactions.

Let us move forward to create this cohesive community and put the human factor back into the game. Let us all enjoy the journey which is just as important as the destination

Casual?
Many of us have real life commitments outside of the game whether it be family/career/school. Ingame time should be a place to have fun, relax and shake off the stressors of life. I know the word casual has many definitions to various people. To me it means no mass race to lvl 85 (no RAF/heirlooms) with levelling caps along the way at a pace determined by the community.

Mature?
Yes this can be a very subjective word. I feel having a slightly older group is beneficial in building a healthy community that not only understands that real life>wow, but also that this is a game and is meant to be entertaining not some death match. Yes I know that putting age restriction does not wean out all the elitists/ douchebags /epeen/drama queens but its a start. Also guildchat will not be policed for bad language or bad jokes while maintaining code of conduct

Social/Active?
I am looking to build a community, where people will hopefully enjoy logging into after a day at work/school to relax, enjoy all aspects of the game whether its in game events/pvp/transmog runs/achievement hunting. I have grown tired of being in groups where members just log on and off for raids....and dailies if your lucky. This mentality has left many guilds like a ghost town just a bunch of strangers logging on and off.

Guild Name: To be determined will call him guild x for now

Server/Type: Also to be determined by the community

Reroll Guidelines:
-no RAF/Heirlooms
-level caps-will be deteremined by community-this is not a race to 85
-18+ please
-no alt character transfers until further notice
-this is start from scratch no gold/mats/help from alts
-DK's will be allowed once you reach lvl 55 on your reroll toon
-willingness to uphold our vision and code of conduct while online

Reroll Date:
To be determined by interest/applications submitted. I estimate this is probably at least a few weeks out

End-Game Goals:
I'm a raider at heart and would like to get my raid on before MoP. Raiding would be casual at most 2 days/week since many of us have real life obligations and committing more time then this can be tricky. I do expect those who sign up for raids will show up and be prepared and committed to the group when they are online. I am aiming to have raid start times 2030-2130 EST probably until midnight. But would be willing to run a later group if needed especially on weekends.

With a 2 day/ week raid sched people need to know their classes and have an understanding of the fights and ready to move on with their A game. People need to be able to take constructive feedback. I do wish to keep raiding I will be looking for a raid leader to help me out with this. If there is any interest in RBG's we could also proceed with this if somebody wishes to run with it.

Not currently subscribed, but this is an alluring offer, I do like the sound of rerolling, and starting fresh with a group of like minded people. I'll check the site out.
