I quit 8 months ago...
I swore I would never go back to WoW.. I uninstalled it.. even went so far as to trash my CD's.. not the keys.. in case I sold the account.

With the upcoming release of SWTOR.. I now had a something new to play. I was seriously excited and have been waiting and waiting. Well about 4 months ago, I got into Closed Beta and had a chance to level multiple toons into the 40s. God.. what a disappointment. I leveled an Imperial Agent first.. seemed fun but old quick. Then I leveled a Jug, fun class... again.. got old quick. Are you seeing a pattern. Every part of the game is so mundain.. so many things feel like an after thought. I played the beta for roughly 2 months then I had to quit. It was so utterly boring..it made me wanna stick a sharp stick in my eyes..If I wanted to play a Single player game..Id play Skyrim.. atleast the graphics are decent.

So anyway, I have been seriously considering going back to WoW. With 4.3 Ive read good things and bad things. I just dont know If I can hold out for some other game that may be on the horizon..

Yeah you played a game for a while then got bored, that doesn't mean you have to make a drama out of it.

4.3 is fun but if the reason you quit was because you got bored of what the game offered, don't come back.

There is nothing NEW - you still log on, queue for heroics, collect loot, gear yourself to raid/pvp.

The main difference is you can try LFR which is a nice way to see the content while it's relevant without the hassles of having to apply to a guild and prove yourself to them. Sure, it's a super-nerfed version of the boss, but if you're looking to log on and push buttons and have fun - if you enjoy that - then check 4.3 out.
