There's a gap between part 3 and 4 of Cataclysm Panel. What happen?

They really are ripping the guts right out of WoW and rebuidling it from the ground up with loads of new features. I'm almost reluctant to keep playing until this is all in game.

After watching the class panel i realized its just one big dumbing down of the entire class system. My opinion of the new expansion has gone down quite a bit now. Micromanagement and strategic balancing of stats is one of the core challenges found in mmorpgs. Take that away and you lose one of the game challenges. Keep in mind that games are all about challenges.

Several new stats have been added since vanillia WoW, they are taking it back to vanillia WoW and that is not a bad thing IMHO.

I have to say that it's so nice to see a game where the players are so engaged and the dev's are so engaged. It was very refreshing to see everyone gathered for a game they are devoted to and just having a good time discussing its future.

It's a shame that more games/devs can't do this. Of course money is probably a big part of it but sometimes I wonder if some devs would even care to do a thing like this.

In any case, it all looks very fun and interesting from an outsider's point of view.

I like how they try to make the mechanics more easily understandable, however it seems once again character customization will be thrown to the rubbish.

Enjoy playing mismatching walking clowns or carbon copy tiered characters, sad for an ...RPG.

 They are only interested in your money. Nothing more. Developers don't make games to make people happy. They make them to make money, and manipulate the masses into beliving that they really actually "care"

I have to agree with u 100%...Cataclysm has peod everyone I know. The only purpose it serves is to attract new players. Which makes the veteran players defunct. Enough said.

Obviously following the carebear pattern Wow has been embracing for a long time. Make things easier...the more " KIDS" will join.
