Is it true the journeyman riding skill will be reduced to around 54-590 gold when TBC is released? If you can provide a link to where you got your info also I'd appreciate it.

Currently in beta testing, riding skill 150 costs 600gold (540 gold with rep discount). You can get a mount now from BG's, i think its 40xWS, 40xAV and 40xAB no cash just some time investment in PvP, if you dont like PvP then I guess you have to farm $$$, but theres 2 options now. Ofc still need to pay 500g for the skill, but at least the mount if FREE.

Still way out of reach of the average casual player though :( Herbalism + Fishing + Skinning + Cloth drops = mount I don't see how anyone can complain about a 200g drop in the mount price. I have 350g currently on my second character. I have leveled both Tailoring and Enchanting on my 2nd 60 and it only cost me around 30g. Money is not a hard thing to gain. Once you hit 60 everything you come across can net you cash somehow.
