Applied the code to my account, but its not showing in my pet window. Am i missing a step?

Seems like a silly question but did you actually collect it from your mail? The Items get sent to your ingame mail from one of the NPC's.

Did you remember to redeem your purchase? I had to click on something extra to make sure it got sent and then it appeared in my ingame mailbox.
