Please don't pummel me if these questions have been asked and answered before. I'm just tired of reading and reading. :)
If I play Vanguard, my intent is to be a casual player, no more going overboard. But to succeed as a casual player, I think a high % of solo friendly or small party group content is required. Is this Vanguard?
Secondly, I realize many love 100% instanced space aka Guild Wars, but as a 70% solo player, I like to meet people out in the country side. Will Vanguard have a mix of mostly open and less of instanced space?
Thanks!

Vanguard is not a instance type MMO. It's all open - and non-linier. So yes, you will be able to solo, and meet people randomly adventuring in teh countryside :)

The con system is designed to quietly show the player whether the creatures they intend to fight are worthy and/or killable at their level.
As a matter of fact, it seems as if every size of group, (Soloing, duos, medium sized, full sized, to raid sized) have been taken into consideration and that mobs have been/are being designed to suit most needs. Although of course, you'll have to expect to find a few other players to aid you in assaulting certain content within the game. Besides, there's always diplomacy and crafting for when you don't have much time to spare. "I am a biotic god! I think things... and they happen!"

It has a Fellowship system , I don;t fully understand it, But I believe it is designed for a casual player like me or you to reap the bennefits of a friend who is a HARDCORE player. Hey it beats following him thru high level content like some stooge , wasting your time and his! |
