The combat is boring it’s a copy of most free Korean mmorpg's. If they are trying to release a next gen game they should improve the combat system. All im saying is this game seems like it is using the old click wait for mob to die and grind some more system. If they don’t add more excitement into the combat system this game will flop like d & l..

Besides stop judge the game if you havent played it. God theres to much retards around. Starwars Galaxies, An Empier Diveded, That's what it says on my box anyway.

Personally i don't give a shit if the combat system suxx. For me MMORPG are about comunity, content and immersion, then if the combat is amazing that would be a plus. Also I would invite people who is complaining about Vanguard combat system to make a list of the games where combat is amazing. The only game who might have an innovative combat system is God & Heroes from the videos I ve seen, but i will have to play beta to verify it.

If they don’t add more excitement into the combat system this game will flop like d & l.. rofl so if the combat system isn't the way you think it should be its going to flop like dark and light? no offense but that is one of the most unrealistic posts i have ever read about the combat system, ever. yeah you may not like the combat system but if its not a fast twitch system its not going to make the game flop, everyone has a good idea what the combat is going to be like and yet people are still interested in the game. also using your logic every single mmorpg to date should have flopped like dark and light, all I'm saying is you might want to actually think before you type.

I was posting my thoughts on the game and trying to help the non-fanboy gamer. if the game stays with the same combat animations and sytem I this game will flop. Their are to many games coming out around the same time as vanguard. As for the rest of the game it looks good as i posted before.

The combat system isn't complete, so even if you have played it you don't have a complete picture of what it will be like when finished. 3. They have already said the animation are being revamped, so complaints about them are really nothing more than a whine.

Why don't we just wait and see what the combat is like, I'm sure the beta testers will be telling sigil if the combat is like some half baked korean mmorpg. Plus until you've played the game combat you can't know what exactly is happening. Opinions are nice to share, but speculation is useless, the game will turn out how they make it, some will like it and some won't, only time will tell who is in which camp. I personally am hoping the combat is different and exciting, if it isn't I will play a different game, I will not criticise the game because it isn't to my liking, I will move to something else and hope that others get enjoyment from playing it. End story is that everyone is different and that makes things interested, if everyone agreed on everything then the world would be a very boring place.

Remember if you play WoW, or you are a non-hardcore player, the Vanguard players have stated "we don't want you". LOL! I was thinking the same thing grinreaper. It seems kinda telling that there are those who are so quick to believe all the negative reports about Vanguard, yet dismiss any positive report as fanboism or unobjective. I'm not so naive as to think that there aren't problems with Vanguard (that's why it's still in development). I'm sure there are some truths to the negative aspects as well. But, come on. There are a lot of really positive comments out there as well. Are they all just made up, and the negative are 100% spot on? Let's be realistic. How about we compromise and say that none of us can know for sure one way or the other, and that until the game is released it's kinda pointless to crown it as WOW killer! or DNL flop! The one thing we do know for sure is that Vanguard will have one of the longest Beta testing periods of any MMORPG to be released. Isn't THAT a GOOD thing?
