The in game Diplomacy tutorials are the worse I have seen in any game. I can see where it would be fun to have this, but they have made it impossible to learn without indepth research on the internet and it is still very sketchy. I never played magic or pokemon so I don't really understand any of it. Does anyone know a good simple way of learning? Death is nothing to us, since when we are, Death has not come, and when death has come, we are not. |

Yes thank you for your help. I had watched that one earlier but found this one more helpful to me. It has bad sound quality so I skipped it the first time but fought through it and listed and learned more. :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jhT0dLrYCd4 Death is nothing to us, since when we are, Death has not come, and when death has come, we are not. |

LOL. I had very much the same reaction at first. There are some really good tutorials online. I just sat down and did it until I figured out what was important to pay attention to on the cards, how they reacted when I played certain cards and went from there. Its a simple concept after you get the hang of it. Interestingy enough, some NPCs I can parley with on auto-pilot, barely paying attention and others will have a different "demeanor" so to speak. The Psionicist at Veskals really threw me for a loop. I tended to have to focus more on stealing his points than building/spending my own. I would reccomend going to soresha.net and downloading at least the mini-card mod. It makes it much easy to scan your deck and build different hands for different situations. It also allows you to save multiple premade hands.
