so my character is not able to attack, he can move and everything but he cant talk to anyone or attack, if i go to the corpse that can be looted it says you are already looting a corpse, i cant do anything and i need help!!! i could relog but this problem has happened more than once...Thank you!

Never had this problem before. 

Like above suggested, your best going to the offical forums for help on this.
