With it getting dev support and the player population on the rise again. Is it time for another look?

I am waiting, to see what kind of commitment SoE really has.  Is it a patch here and there, or is it going to be in the form of patches, and them willing to update it and make some new content.

If they actually start to support it, and the population goes up, I would consider it.  I would love to see a relaunch of the PvP server(s)...But they would take fixing PvP, after some mechanic fixes for PvE messed it up.

No. Not unless they make it better (fixing bugs is not enough).
