I'm deeply annoyed that Halgar was down all the time yesterday and even this morning. There was no announcement whatsoever in the official forums. After several hours of staring at the character screen, I decided to delete my IoD character and start a new character on Telon, just out of boredom. I have to say this event made me think. Yes I love playing Vanguard, even with an extremely small playerbase. But if SOE cant even guarantee servers anymore, I maybe really should move on now. |

im sure your experience with VG is probly greater than mine, but everything ive read says Telon is the server to join anyways and that even the euro population of Halgar has primarily migrated to Telon. other than that, you have every reason to be annoyed. Well, uh - I have a T5 house in the perfect spot on Halgar, and I have better ping to Halgar. Also the few people left there can absolutely use a player that has almost all crafters and is working to fill the remaining missing gaps. So yeah, for the time being, I plan to stay on Halgar. |
