I've made many post about the population issue.

Here I'll give an up to date account of what Vanguard is like now :

Yesterday I made it from the beginners area with my level 11 Ranger after not playing for several months. I have a RL life friend that plays and we haven't even got together yet, so basically I'm saying I'm all alone with my medium armor and Bow in hand.

Here on mmorpg.com there was a topic about this expanding  guild called Twighlyte Song.  Now I'm not one for Guilds in any game.  I find that most guilds always have a low population at lower levels and never yield anything no matter what mmo it is.  However I took a chance and joined Twighlyte Song and found an exception to my rule as it had at least 25 people on line for two evenings straight and many of them were in there teens.  Guild chat was very positive and many were talking about planning events unlike most guilds only talking smack.

I'm a Dungeon runner, infact I do very little else.  My quest for the most part only consist of Dungeon orientated quest.  In my years of playing Vanguard on and off, I thought I knew most of them but one slipped by me " Vault of Hero's " for levels 10-14 on the island of Trestra. I spent a half hour scouting out the entrance, searched the Internet for quest then made my move to get a group.

I started by asking my guild first ( always give your Guild the first shot in finding a group ).  Sure enough I got two hits to come to Vault of Hero's ( two alts of high levels ).  Second I spammed /region chat lfg and found one more, so now we have 4 players. Last my super secret weapon " The Social panel " This is the key to Vanguard groups.  This is the key to finding others in all mmo's.  I typed in 10-16 and checked healers only and found six healers online.  Spammed all of them and found a level 11 Shaman.  Then using the " social panel " checked the Defensive fighter box and clicked search.  Bam found my Tank. 

It took me a total of 10 min to find a full group as always !!!

We met at Vaskels Exchange and made our way to " Vault of Hero's ".  We played it for about an hour and found it was too easy so we decided to leave and go to " Krieger's End " ( much harder ). We lost two players but Found replacements using the Social Panel and played Krieger's End for three hours before i had to leave.  My group continued and thanked me for getting everyone together. I ADDED THE ENTIRE GROUP TO MY FRIENDS LIST, AND NOW I HAVE SEVERAL FRIENDS AND I'M ONLY LEVEL 13 !!!

4 hours of intense play.  My head was buzzing by the time I went to bet.......I had another good night like always !!!
