Hi All.  I subbed to the game, took a character to the "mainland" and typed /claim but all he could claim was an Anniversary Bag which is very nice, but no Boots showed up.  The character dinged 11 shortly after arriving, so do you have to be lvl 10 when you claim?

I am not sure if that is still available.

There's this bit on the Trial Page:

"The Gnomish Rocket Boots will be redeemable in game upon reaching level 10 on the Isle of Dawn, leaving the Isle of Dawn experience, and upon conversion from a trial account to a paid, active Vanguard subscription in good standing. This item is redeemable one per newly-created Isle character, is non-tradable, and may be claimed through the /claim feature in game. Trial accounts must subscribe and enter billing information before they may leave the Isle."

No luck so far  :(

If you've met all the requirements for the boots and still nada put in a petition to a GM.  I had a certain anniversary reward, might have been the Kamo 2-year ring.. dunno... that didn't show up in /clain.  A GM showed up and handed it to me after I petitioned.

Thanks for the sound advice.  A GM contacted me today and said all should be ok now.
