I would like to come back to this game and try it out again. Is there going to be another veteran's returning players free month?

I don't think there has been one for quite some time.  I'm not sure when they will offer a free month to vets again.

I'm kinda waiting for one too, last time I played I activated right before one of those free months. So I'm too afraid to do that again, yes kinda lame because 15bucks is nothing :P

I disagree, in this economy right now, 15 bucks is a lot, too many.

I disagree, if $15 is a lot then maybe you shouldn't be paying for internet. :-p

Just make a new account and play the trial again. Can't keep getting something for nothing. Show your support by getting a subscription

Well it depends really, atm I am already paying for one mmo that's really the reason I'm not taking my chances on another one, because I'm not 100% sure I want to play another one. But I'm very close to subbing again because I miss vg as crazy, that's why a free month would be sweet. It's been a long time since they had this with eq2 and vg, I wonder why. 

I think the last two consecutive holiday seasons they did free veteran months. I believe the only thing off about this year, was that there was no summer deal as there was last year.I might be remembering wrong. We'll see.

Yeah that sounds about right. 

Last cristmas there was free monhs for returning veterans,I used it and have been subscribed ever since and I dont regret that,vg is in my opinion one of the best mmorpg's ever.

You guys are completely wrong, Just this summer Vanguard had it's whole new re-release with the introduction to the Isle of Dawn. Where you can lvl til 10 and then you have to leave. AND, they gave out a month free to all VETS. Actually it was about 6 weeks. I have been playing since then. I think vanguard is the best MMO out there, it is just an amazing game. And, just this last patch they introduced MENTORING! Yes, so you can group up even more now with anybody which now makes it so you dont run around forever trying to find a group! BONUS!! Very awsome addition to the game indeed. With the flying, the endless dungeons, the awesome classes and extreme graphics,  Vanguard is by far one of the best out there right now! I play on Seradon I just hit 41 with my Dread Knight his name is Druccii, give me tell and I will come help as much as I can! hope to see you in Telon!

P.S They also released a whole new endgame experience called The Pantheon of the Ancients and increased the lvl cap to 55!

I got nothing in the summer because I was a subscriber in march or april or something like that. Only accounts that had been unactive for more than 3 months got that offer, that really pissed me off. So that's one reason why I'm holding off at the moment, I would not like to subscribe this month, then maybe not play again next month, then not get a free month because of that silly thing. I just feel very little appriciated when they do that :\ And I know it's stupid to think like that but I can't help it.

I think the past free months have come after some big update that was supposed to have "fixed" all the bugs and performance issues and/or boosted content. I doubt there will be more freebies untill they have another patch that claims "fixes" the bugs and performance issues or offers something new to former players like aa or new raids/high level 6man dungeons.

Last time they offered free month to ex-subscribers was on June, 2009 right after game update 7 that brought level cap increase and lots of new content.

I assume, next free month will be on December just like it was a year ago.
