However directs the EvE movies should get into full fledged directing because they seem to have some of the best trailers of any MMO out there.

I like the twist they put in this one, especially after Dominion's trailer was pure combat.

EVE have many things to do... much more of any other mmos, but... all are so boring... if only the game was as interesting as the trailer

CCP are like Blizzard when it comes to beautifully directed cinematics, such talent should be on the big screen. We just want to see more.

If I had a spare 100 million dollars I would give it to CCP. EVE is the most promising MMORPG on the market, sadly, it grows at a snails pace. By 2025, however, its going to be an amazing thing.

when do we get targetting systems like we see in the Cinemas...specifically as seen in Tyrannis, Dominion, and of course "Butterfly Effect".

The targetting system soon in those is way better than the one we have ingame; speaking purly in graphics

GOD I LOVE CCP, They should go ahead and make a movie set in EVE, life action or animation dont care, but it would be enjoyable i bet.

A shame the in-game combat is nowhere near that shown in the trailer. Don't get me wrong, I think EVE is awesome in its own way, but the trailers are generally quite misleading. Except the Butterfly Effect trailer. That one actually does a fine job a pointing out what makes EVE special.

I have to wonder if the "boring" comments are made by people that played for 6 months and quit, never getting into a corporation that they only did PVE missions and mining or what ever.

Did you ever try wormhole exploration? Cosmic signature exploration? Faction warfare?

So 6 months is not enough according to you, are we suppsoed to play it for 2-3 years to realise its like clicking  a brower? really?

As for all of the negative comments, who here has ever seen a game that was as good as it's trailers?  It's just not possible since the making of a 'movie' (trailer) is totally different than making a graphics-based game.

Personally, I enjoy playing EVE immensely, and it is still growing and getting better with each new expansion.  Tyrannus is the next step, but Dust and WIS are gonna be the icing on the cake!  Waiting patiently...

Heck  ya, baby.   EVE just keeps showing you can build and build on top of a good foundation, and keep a good game growing - if you're patient and talented and don't have an (expletive deleted) publisher hanging like an albatross around your neck and screwing up everything you try to do.

I like how a bunch of the features in game are represented in the trailer.

Sure it may make them to be a lot cooler than they are but its kinda nice.

Very indepth game. The 3 hour intro and trainer bairly touchs what can be done in game. This game is great for money and leadership skills. Even running a corp. Though thier allway someone bigger and more powerfull then you. As well this game can be very lonely.
