Not only is skill advancement purely time based, meaning you contribute nothing, but you can just buy other peoples characters getting pay to progress. Which considering the time based progress giving you access to far more powerful equipment.. is pay to win. And from the very start. Before they started all that.. The game failed to make me feel like I was piloting a craft of any kind. Amazing economy. Great variety of equipment and ships..
