Are there many corporations out there friendly to new players other than EVE University? E-Uni is great but takes forever to get in and the wardec rules are tough to deal with when learning the game and have to remain docked for a week.

The wife and I are looking at playing again. Both are more geared towards the non PVP aspects such as production, research, etc etc.
