Good to see this. I've been in the same corp for ages, and all they're doing is steamrolling the north =P Sure, PvP is fun with em when I can do it. But I like in close fights rather than long range fleet battles. Pulse lasers and autocannons for me, thanks. I might have to look you guys up if I finally decide to leave my corp.

Our R&R is over and we just got done celebrating our 1 year anniversary as a Mercenary Corporation in EVE and we've already racked up several contracts since the start of 2009... but we're still looking for quality PVP pilots. If you think you fit the bill give us a shout.

Word of warning: Because we are currently doing several back-to-back contracts you will likely have to wait for a contract to end before being allowed to actually join. We only accept new members between contracts.

Tip:
Don't apply saying you have years of PVP experience and then when we check killboards you have like 13 kills and 10 losses over your entire eve Career.

Not saying anyone from MMORPG.COM has done so... but it's really a waste of your time for you to claim extensive PVP experience. We do background checks on every applicant. Even friends of current members.

Noir. just completed 2 weeks of contracts against the KFC (Kenny & Friends Coalition) and racked up over 15 billion ISK in hull damage and another 10-20 billion isk in cargo, module and rigs captured/destroyed.

During the course of the contracts we maintained a 95% or higher efficiency.

Announcing the creation of Declarations of War, a new blog and podcast series brought to you by Noir.'s Ender Darklight.

The goal of this blog will to develop into a one stop shop for editorials and general Eve news. Stories will be approached from a general PVP perspective with the neutrality and professionalism Eve has come to expect from Eve's premier mercenary corporation. Content will update frequently and range from news stories, editorials, humor and more. Additionally, it will feature a wide array of contributors besides me.

We also plan on a weekly/bi-weekly Eve Podcast that would go along with the format and feel of the blog. This should be up and running shortly, with steady updates being posted to the blog.

from what i hear this is a great bunch of people. 2 of my friends just recently joined the corp.

I do have 1 question though, how strict exactly is the requirement for t2 ships? I fly mostly my hurricane and i can kill just about anything short of anything bigger then a BS (depending on how its fit) or a ship that kites outside 13km. I would be in t2 ships atm but i've spent the last 2-3 months on support skills.

What few requirements Noir. has for recruitment are fairly ironclad.  We require the ability to fly T2 ships of some form.  We also require that pilots be able to T2 fit said T2 ships.  For pilots with *very* solid PVP experience, and the stats to back it up, we generally don't require that they already be in T2 cruisers but T2 frigs are absolutely required.  Preferably T2 cruisers.
