I don't know what your trying to do with this setup, but as a pilot who flies nothing BUT the domi, I can tell you it's not a very good setup. Your tank is more of a 'hope to god it dies before it kills me and the fleet can put the DPS for it,' and the mids are crap, honestly. You won't need 2 ECCM ever, if they want to jam you that bad, they will. Cap Booster 25? Switch them out for a cap recharger 2 if you don't want to put any effectiveness into your ship. Your trying to run a logistics setup as well, with not enough cap, and you have a half energy warfare setup. Smartbomb? What? What reason could you have? In my opinion, don't fly a ship with a setup like this. Put a tank on it that does something, choose 1 purpose for the ship, and go with it. It is one of the best, most versatile ships in EVE. Treat it as such.

With this you should easily be able to tank massive damage and the recharger ate should be good enough for having both armor repairer on permanently
 

The setup OP included is a "Domi-Matrix" setup, but far from perfect and must be better worked out.
We had lot of success with a similar setup, at least 4 of this kind of ships present, repping and keeping alive each other.
 

spider and neut dont go in the same sentence very well. unless you're planning on having 2-3 guardians as cap batteries. on top of the fact that domi is a very bad spider boat.

3 flights of sentries don't go very far if you pirating in empire. fail that, you need to move around in a spider web, leaving your drones behind.

domi is best with dual rep tank, rigged for the purpose and medium neutron blaster with void for large target, null for everything else. solo king of the hills. if you've the money, standard exile boost your survivability by a whole lot.

why fit sentry rig and not use the drones ?
