500m isnt a lot so like others have said it could be a trap, or the corp could be a bunch of scrubs and cleaning the hanger out might bankrupt the corp. The third possible option is that they dont keep much in the hanger at all, hence giving the new member acsess straight away to take anything he needs because they dont care about whats in there. To answer the OPs question, what do you think of the guys in the corp? If they seem cool people and made you welcome and stuff its up to your consience. Personally I wouldnt take it if I was in your position if the people in the corp are OK, 500m isnt worth shafting some cool people over. If they are a bunch of tossers though burn em, 500m will at least set you up with some skillbooks and you can invest it in ways to earn more ISK. A corp doesn't die because someone scams their lot, they die because people don't want to play EVE / play with each other. If a group of people like playing with each other, that corp will survive anything cause in-game assets can be reclaimed/re-aquired later. At the end of the day, this is just internet spaceships. :) Wonder why there seems to be more haters on the internet? Read this by an actual marketing guy to find out why. |

My problem is that I've yet to find a good active corp that shares my interests during my playtimes. If I actually found a good one I'd never steal from them and risk ending that experience. |

Rob them blind. Start a new char, transfer the goods, reapply to them again. Repeat. |

Lots of people would because their idiots.
I never did get to play this game because it looks boring. Poor excuse I know but hey probly won't look into it since it seems like a long term thing. This isn't a signature, you just think it is. |

No way in hell as I saw this first hand in Eve when i first logged,i was asked to join a corp by a guy who was well known in the community and a stalwart player he helped new pilots and formed OSD,a sort of training corp the guy supplied ships, minerals the lot, well one day he and the corp were robbed blind by some one he had just promoted. Next day I log in and the corp founder just quit the game on the spot closed all his accounts,so it shows that it may be just a game but if u put all your effort into something and have it ripped away you lose all interest and pretty much rage quit. The only good thing to come from this was all the new pilots formed a corp which I co-ran for nigh on 3 years.

The doctors say his chances are 50/50...but there's only a 10% chance of that. |

It is like they don't care about the pvp community. Nitth: What makes you so sure its a simple fix? filmoret: Because most of them are. Sometimes its just changing a number in a code string other times its creating a few variables. However none of them should take over a few hours of coding. |
