My n00bness knows no bounds so I apologize for another goofy question. I started a Me-Myself-and-I corporation just to play around. I've noticed a huge disparity in the fees to rent an office in different stations. How are rental fees set? Is it some function of the supply of offices at a station and the demand for stations there? Is there a limited supply of office space at stations? I'm just curious as to why an office costs 10,000 isk one place and 40,000,000 someplace else. Thanks for any insights. |

16 office slots per station. |

Demand causes the fluctuation in price of offices and industrial slots (research and factory). Here's an old devblog that explains it: Raven's UDK Fracture Tutorial Video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WLaxPKCeLaY |

With the change so that you can join a corp remotely there are little need for hangerless offices. "Memories are meant to fade. They're designed that way for a reason." |
