Risk Your Life is a 3-D fantasy MMORPG with a PvP focus. After choosing one of two races, each with its own class list, you are dropped into a world where monsters have invaded and you must hunt them. The game lets you choose between an FPS-inspired or mouse-only control scheme to execute RYL's fluid hack and slash combat. Advancement is via the usual grind and questing process, but there are a good variety of creatures to hunt, skills to learn, and fun to be found in the in-depth PvP.

Risk Your Life launched in the US with a controversial tournament that was supposed to award $1 million, but which was canceled after cheating concerns. RYL was popular in Asia, and a sequel is in the works, but the game was unsuccessful in North America and was canceled. As of 2009, the global server has also been shut down.
