Russian Times Online News is reporting that a Fallout 4 player is suing Bethesda for ~$7,000 USD and claims that he did not "know the game would become so addictive". According to the news story, the Siberian man lost his job, wife and many friends as is cited in legal documents associated with the claim.
“If I knew that this game could have become so addictive, I would have become a lot more wary of it. I would not have bought it, or I would have left it until I was on holiday or until the New Year holidays,” a statement from the man read.
According to the online newspaper, this is seen as a "test case" for further actions of its type in Russia. Precedent has already been set in the US when a citizen sued NCSoft in 2010 about his addiction to Lineage II (more information can be found in the court decision documentation).
