Cannot start client

I have installed the client, it upgraded itself. Tried to log in, but after the loading bar reaches 100% the client keeps shutting down. My gear: Win 7 32-bit AMD Athlon 64 X2 2,6GHz 4GB RAM ATI Radeon 3850 256MB I get an error report starting like this: # # A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment: # # EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x698366c4, pid=3736, tid=5724 # # JRE version: 6.0_14-b08 # Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (14.0-b16 mixed mode windows-x86 ) # Problematic frame: # C [atioglxx.dll+0x8066c4] # # If you would like to submit a bug report, please visit: # http://java.sun.com/webapps/bugreport/crash.jsp # The crash happened outside the Java Virtual Machine in native code. # See problematic frame for where to report the bug. # Any idea how to solve?

My gear:

Win 7 32-bit

AMD Athlon 64 X2 2,6GHz

4GB RAM

ATI Radeon 3850 256MB

I get an error report starting like this:
