During the last, desperate decades leading to the ultimate Fall, man struggled to preserve at least some of humanity's former greatness.
Among the boldest of these undertakings was the Hoover Dam Enclave, an area selected for its access to unlimited energy, water, as well as its apparent isolation from all major disease centers... During the twilight years the enclave built scattered self-contained Outposts. "Posts" where pockets of technological prowess were preserved from the times before the Fall.
But while the Posts were being built, strange new mutated beasts began emerging to prey upon the inhabitants. Fierce, feral tribes, religious cults, and roving bands grew up around old hatreds and primal fears.
It is a wild and deadly place, where primitive weapons do battle with advanced societies... A place of rumor and harbored secrets, faith and despair - where any corner turned can lead to death - or the discovery of lost knowledge and riches.
