I don't think it means a whole lot beyond retooling a dungeon or some gear.

I can not remember winning or losing a single debate on the internet.

They just went through Shame (a dungeon) and redid the mob placement and drops, and adding a few new mechanics to the dungeon too. They said they're not stopping there, and plan the other Sin dungeons too.

All the original dungeons will be updated is what that looks like so that it doesn't look like your still farming 1997 content.
