Dark Age of Camelot News - Population Increase with Ywain Opening

The team at Mythic have taken some bold steps in recent months to address the population issues that Dark Age of Camelot has been experiencing for some time. This latest major step involved opening a new server named Ywain (pronounced yoo-en for those who are curious) that will see all characters from standard ruleset servers (including RP servers) transferred to it.

Ywain is currently live, and the resulting transfers have boosted the game's activity by a significant amount according to players in the community. This is a great sign, and good news for Mythic's venerable MMOG!

1. Need classic system on BBs.
2. There is allmost nothing to level for or to explore now that all are more or less handed to the players.
3. Give ml xp, cl xp, and normal xp anywere now that things are the way it is.
4. Leveling up is a joke, to easy.
5. The game 2 weeks after hidding lvl 50 is County strick ripoff / buff up, insten teleport, run a few runs dead. Same story allover again.
6. There are still alot of classes that are completly no good comperet to all other classes, others that are completly insane, and there are allso the fakt: That any caster are a good at Toa. And that the "stealthers" still should be removed from the game.
Besie that the game are " ok " in away.
classic on bots? thats part of the thinking that had classic servers in the double digit population to start with, for the 30 people from classic that complain about the bot situation maybe giving up and finding a new game is needed, especially since the population difference was massive on the normal ruleset to classic ;) enjoy
