I was young, i needed the gold peices... |
Split the buggered chat windows and tabs. i absolutely loved that feature in SWG, being able to drag the various chat windows and tabs to the order and location you desired. I think its a great feature and helps to develop the personalize GUI. Just an idea to maybe consider. |

That would be pretty cool, although it seems like the screen is already clogged up with the chat window and the skill bar and the health/exp meter and everything else, it doesn't seem like there is really ROOM for everything you want to have up on the screen unless you allow yourself to lose visibility |

Personally, I've been wanting to turn the System and Chat windows into a tabbed page, much like many UI crafters have done with such things as the Crafting Information Lists and other volumes of information that are best displayed in the same window but a limited space. (The very best of these was the condensing of ALL the realm ranks and levels necessary points into about a 1" x 1" area on the screen. Pure genius, imo.) Adding to that thought, I'd love to see the summary, mini-group, and mini-pet windows get condensed into a tabular format. I'm working on both of these things for my UI, but it's not likely to see public release. (I've had enough harassment in my gaming life, (*cough*Children of Dark Ages*cough*) I don't need people harassing me to make MY UI into THEIRS.) |
