I've never been in a succesfull 8 man with a Vampiir in it (then again I had a blademaster and was often only tank in caster heavy groups).

Vamps are still nigh on unbeatable on Classic servers if spec'd right and played well. As a high RR infil I can attest to the fact that if you miss the PA and CD combo or they have charge up, your toast.

A well played sorc can work around charge, a paladin would have the easiest time with them. Engage+slam+celerity=major damage to vamp. "I refuse to prove that I exist" says God. Fortunately I realised how much they sucked at low lvls and lo rank in molvik so i packed mine away. I just didnt like them art all. Daresay in the hands of a good player theyre formdiable but i havent come across many in my other characters. Greatness is difficult to appreciate from close up. The great mountain on the horizon is only the ground when you are standing on it.
