Old Characters Deleted?

I used to have level 50's on Merlin, Ector and another server and now it seems all my previous characters have been deleted. Is this the case for everyone or is it just people that have been gone for about a year? Cause this Ywain cluster didn't exist before I left and I've checked every server and none of my previous characters exist anymore.

Your Characters are still there, they are just archieved, when you start the game you won't see those old servers, you have to select a box to show them, then move your characters over to Ywain.

Is this the case for everyone or is it just people that have been gone for about a year? Cause this Ywain cluster didn't exist before I left and I've checked every server and none of my previous characters exist anymore.

Your Characters are still there, they are just archieved, when you start the game you won't see those old servers, you have to select a box to show them, then move your characters over to Ywain.
