I dream of a day in the future where a company hires csr's that don't bring with them the prejudices of the normal player. It really is counter-productive to hire players to run your game. Sure they know more up front than a random person, but they also are now in the position of turning a blind eye when their friends or realm mates cheat. I have made over 40 appeals over the last 3 weeks concerning cheaters. I don't mean I got owned and suspect that skill had nothing to do with it, I mean people casting shrooms inside of bridge walls. Shrooms that can kill but cannot be targeted. People that chat drag and jump so that as I am trying to melee them they are floating 400 units over the ground and cannot be touched because "Target is not in view".  I perf someone and before CD lands they are 800 units away and already beginning to cast on me. I followed a mid named Iluv after appealing him for cheating and watched him use the jumping cheat to keep from being touched while 7 albs were right underneath of him trying to melee him.  I logged into a hib and stood right next to 2 animists who were using wall exploits. I'm only bothering to post this because if I appeal someone cheating and am able to watch them, it makes no sense that the csrs cannot seem to find enough evidence to do anything about this unless they are saying screw the rules of the game and simply want their friends to win at all costs. My RL friends and I have decided to cancel our secondary accounts and keep the primary ones open until the local frisbee golf parks open this spring. That's 6 accounts that Mythic will no longer receive money for because CSR's decided to protect the accounts of 3 cheaters.  I can't blame Mythic for what some bs csrs decide to do, but I can blame Mythic for not putting a stop to it.

Lol, that is funny stuff. Most of the cheaters I've come across are exploiters. There are a lot of movement/geometry exploits that people can use. I know a lot of the times I see someone doing something and it turns out lag was to blame. But if someone if doing something wierd, like flying or appearing all over a battle field at distances far to great to cover even with the highest speed, and they are continuing to do it, I usually appeal. The biggest one I've sen are shroomers that place their pets inside of walls. Opponants cannot cast on the pets but they can cast back. If you are in a melee fight and your opponant appears to teleport 1000's of units away almost instantly, that is usually the result of chat dragging or some other lag cheat. If you see that your perf meter is yellow or red, it could just be lag, but if you are green its a definite possiblilty you got cheated. Most of these I've seen in videos and know they are real. A lot of others I''m not sure of.

Hows it going i played Daoc for 3 years and seen alot of stuff , but its gonna happen the Csr's have alot going on and theres not many of them left. i think since there attention is mostly on warhammer there not alot of authority. cheaters sucks and the best thing you can do i warn people about it. spam there names and stuff like that.

And often people call cheating when it's just something they don't know.  Eldritch rr5 anyone?  Probably the most commonly called out "cheat" in the game, yet it's an rr5.  Other times, it's straight up lag.  Sometimes, people's computers suck, so it looks like everyone else is cheating.  Not saying this is always the case, just getting tired of people calling "cheat" all the time, when probably 75%of the time no one is cheating.  A guy in my alliance does this all the time, and even when you explain to him how it happened and that it wasn't a cheat, he gets this whole "well that guy was cheating" attitude.

Usually the attitude is: Someone ganks you in RvR all the time = He must be cheating

"I actually cook my meat with nothing but my burning hatred for vegetables"

Exactly, and often the situation is that the person just knows the routes and detours people take.
